Q:  Where are your candles made?
A:  Our candle workshop is located in the heart of Cave Creek, Arizona, in the famous Frontier Town center.  All of our candles are made by hand.  We also work with local artists who share our vision of hand made quality 

 

Q:  What is the best way to burn my candle?
A:  To fully enjoy your CCC, there are a few tips that may help.  Visit our Candle Care page for tips and instructions.

 

Q:  How long do Cave Creek Candles burn?
A:  Burn time depends on the candle size. 

 

Q:  Where can I purchase a Cave Creek Candle?
A:  Visit and purchase from our store in Cave Creek, Arizona, call or email us with your order.  

Soon our online shop will be open at all hours.  We accept cash, debit and major credit cards at our shop. 



Q:
 Can I place an order over the  phone?
A:  Yes you may!  We would love to talk with you!  Our phone number is 480-488-7799, if you call after business hours, just leave your name and phone number, your message and best time to reach you and we will get back to you the next business day.

 

Q:  What happens after I place my order?
A:  All orders for in-stock items are packed with care and shipped within 48 hours.   If you place your order before 12:00 PM, we may be able to ship it out that same day.  Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will begin processing the next business day.

 

Q:  Do you offer candles for people allergic or sensitive to scents?
A:  Yes we do.  We make unscented candles in white and ivory colors and luminaries.  See our Luminaries Category to pick your favorites or give us a call.

 


Q:
 Can we place a custom order?

A:  We'd love to help you with a custom order with these considerations:

  • Custom orders must be place by phone so we can talk about your requirements and work out any details.
  • Order minimum is $200.
  • Estimated turnaround time is 2 - 6 weeks (we can give you a better time-frame when we talk together and understand your order).
  • 50% non-refundable deposit to begin the order.
Q:  Do you do special events and weddings?
A:  We do!  Contact us with the details of your occasion or put us in touch with your event planner.

 


Q:
 Do you work with Wholesale orders?
A:  We may offer wholesale in the future, but not at this time.
